Welcome! I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults. I help individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, and supporting and guiding people through neurodivergence.
I practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), EMDR, and play therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. My approach focuses on fostering emotional well-being and personal growth through evidence-based techniques, offering both practical tools and emotional support for lasting change.
In our first few sessions, you can expect to explore your goals, create an action plan, and develop trust before moving into the therapy modality of choice. I also use a holistic approach, meaning I like to know more about your lifestyle, support systems, and any physical health concerns that may be impacting your mental health. I enjoy collaborating with other providers and will gladly direct you to additional resources if needed to ensure you get the best care.
